Fulton Homes' aims to raise awareness for prostate cancer
screenings, through sponsoring Kiss Me I'm Irish Run

Kiss Me I'm Irish Run Supports Early Detection and Local Prostate Cancer Charities

Fulton Homes is once again demonstrating its ongoing commitment to health and wellness by becoming the title sponsor of the 10th Annual Kiss me I'm Irish Run. With live music, four different runs and more than 2,300 runners, this signature event is Arizona's largest St. Patrick's Day Festival and benefits local prostate cancer research and cancer charities.

The 10th Annual Kiss Me I'm Irish Run starts on Friday, March 13 at Westgate Entertainment District and aims make history as organizers work to break the World Record of "Most People Running in Kilts" in the 1K run. A complimentary kilt, medal and a beer from McFadden's Bar will be provided with a 25-dollar donation. The event continues on Saturday, March 14, with the half marathon, 8K and 4K Four Leave Clover Run. Participates are encouraged to wear St. Patrick's Day attire and bring your four-legged friends for a festive morning.

"We have a long standing history of giving back to our community through charitable donations, and we are proud of that," said Doug Fulton, CEO of Fulton Homes. "This event is great for bridging fun activities with important health initiatives by building awareness for screenings for prostate cancer. Early detection is key to successful treatment."

According to Zero Cancer, every 16 minutes a man dies from prostate cancer and more than 191,930 men will be diagnosed this year. During Fulton Homes' Kiss Me I'm Irish Run, the first 50 men to schedule an appointment will receive a FREE prostate cancer screening from Prostate On-Site Project (POP), which normally cost $80-$100. Last year, two men were diagnosed with prostate cancer from the POP screening and were treated early enough to catch it from spreading.
