Fulton Homes Showcases Zero Energy Ready Homes
During National Energy Conference in Phoenix

A major national energy conference came to Phoenix this January and selected Fulton Homes for the sold-out off-site home tour, offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at its cutting-edge Zero Energy Ready new builds.The tour will took place on Wednesday, January 29, from 1–4 PM at Fulton Homes' new Acclaim community, located off the 101 and Thomas Road near the Cardinals Stadium.

The 2025 RESNET Conference, hosted by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), ran from January 26–30 at the Tempe Mission Palms Resort, drawing builders and energy experts from across the country. As a U.S. Department of Energy-approved Home Certification Organization, RESNET helps shape the future of energy-efficient homebuilding.
