Fulton Homes Releases Two New Communities
in Queen Creek and Surprise

Far East and West Valley Locales Continue to Experience Growth

This summer, Arizona's largest family-owned and operated homebuilder is adding two new neighborhoods to its extensive master planned community list. Redwood Valley at Escalante is located in the growing city of Surprise near the 303 and US 60, with homes starting in the mid $400's, while Queen Creek's the Orchard series at Barney Farms starts in the low $600's and is located off East Germann and Signal Butte Roads.

The amenities at both communities are second to none. In Queen Creek, new homeowners will be greeted with a 22-acre deep-water lake, spacious clubhouse, community pool, walking trails, parks, play areas and an aquatic center. These traditional family homes include three-car garages and options to add flex rooms, lofts, home offices and additional bedrooms.

Redwood Valley at Escalante models start at three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and 1,971 square feet. However, larger families can enjoy models providing up to 2,501 square feet spread across three bathrooms and up to five bedrooms.

Additionally, all Fulton Homes include the exclusive Fulton Features program that provides homebuyers with upgraded amenities at no extra cost.
