You can save customized floorplans to your MyFultonHome account and work together with one of our Sales Associates to configure an interactive floorplan together, virtually! Simply click any floorplan image to get started.
• Matterport Virtual Tours
  
  Walk through our model homes without ever leaving your living room! Our Matterport 3D Virtual Tours allow you to experience the layout, design and feel of our homes in an immersive 3D experience. Look for floorplans with the "3D glasses" icon to identify plans with 3D tours available.
• Design Online^™
  
  While other builders limit your choices, Fulton Homes has the largest, most complete design center in town. But did you know you can access our entire option catalog online using Fulton's exclusive Design Online^™ system? Browse thousands of options in dozens of categories from Appliances to Cabinets to Flooring, and more. To access, simply click the "View Standards and Options" link on any floorplan page. Design Online allows you to compare options, create wishlists, and work with our designers to complete the design process electronically. And when you're ready for more information, our sales associates can enable you to see option prices before you buy, so you can make an informed choice about your new home!
• Kitchen Visualizers
  
  The "Kitchen Visualizer" link will appear for floorplans which offer a Kitchen Visualizer. Use the Kitchen Visualizer to view kitchen finishes, including cabinets, countertops, flooring and more. Selections are rendered onscreen and shown with pricing and all available specifications. Use the Kitchen Visualizer to coordinate your selections, colors and styles.
• My Fulton Home^™ Customer Portal
  
  Your MyFultonHome account is your gateway to all information related to you and your new home. By signing up and you can begin saving favorite communities, configured floorplans and interacting with our knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. As you proceed with your purchase of a Fulton Home, your MyFultonHome portal will provide all the information about your sale, including option selections, copies of all contract documents, construction scheduling, paint colors, warranty information and more.
• DocuSign Electronic Signature
  
  Fulton Homes uses the DocuSign electronic signature platform to execute necessary contract documents. The technology allows contract documents and forms to be executed remotely via email, and ensures you are kept in the loop on everything you sign with Fulton Homes. Regardless of whether contracts are executed traditionally or electronically, your contract paperwork is always available in your MyFultonHome customer portal.
